A big welcome to Kelly, the newest member of the Toddler Sense team! Kelly has many years experience working in a number of challenging and equally rewarding environments. Kelly also has two lovely daughters aged 10 and 14 years, who keep her very busy!
Kelly completed her Toddler Sense training in preparation to cover Sam's maternity leave from February 2016. Sam returned to lead Saturday classes in January 2017 with Kelly continuing to run the weekday sessions. They will share the very busy party load!
Kelly looks forward to welcoming you and your adventurous toddlers each week and loves to encourage physical development, team work and independent play as well as promoting bonding and social skills.
Sam Ranieri is the Jersey Toddler Sense franchise owner. The Toddler Sense programme was launched in Jersey in January 2011. It marked the beginning of a new adventure and has developed into an amazing enterprise.
A bit of history
In 2010, as a new mum, Sam attended a series of Baby Sensory classes with her daughter, Ella (now 7 years old!), which they thoroughly enjoyed. These classes are very popular in Jersey and the class leader, a former teaching colleague, was keen to offer parents the next step in their baby's learning journey in the form of the Toddler Sense programme. If only she could find the right candidate to take on the job...
Sam has over 20 years experience of working with children and their families as a nursery nurse and primary school teacher in Jersey and Hampshire.
